Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill 25 Year Test Building

Terra Block’s 25 year-old building at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Golf Course passes Inspection.

The building was Terra Block’s first structure to use the unique “dry-stack” blocks laying method of construction.  It has survived many storms and hurricanes with no problems for 25 years.

A Terra Block wall has been independently wind-tested to 210 mph.

            A new breakthrough method of laying the blocks using “Polymer Fusion Technology™” by gluing the blocks together is calculated to withstand 300 mph winds or more.

While dry-stacking blocks is a usable method, “Polymer Fusion Technology™” is a quantum leap forward in Earth Block construction worldwide.
